RockU students pose as "Young elvi" for the food lion auto fair, charlotte motor speedway april 6th, 2013.

The Rock U Roadshow (also open audition to general student poplulation) performed 3 Sets of Elvis greatest rock and roll hits at the Food Lion Auto Fair on Saturday April 6th. The winner of the Elvis Impersonater contest, Jim Barone sang Blue Sude Shoes with them after being crownded the King of the King's Impersonaters. Then on Sunday April 7th they performed their own set of Classic Rock. People were drawn from all around the racetrack to hear their favorite classics and a little more Elvis too!

Summer Evening Classes Begin June 13 - IT's going to be the summer of #1's.

Summer will be hot and the shows are going to be twice as nice. Choose One Hit Wonders, Or Chart Topping #1 Hits!

Rocking Kids First Dec 8th
The Saloon at the NC Music Factory

This event was held Saturday, Dec. 8th at the NC Music Factory to benefit Kids first of the Carolinas. Over 100 toys and other needed items were collected including Bikes, Coats, and Shoes along with 500.00 in cash contributions.

All of the Toys and Cash will be delivered to Kids First of the Carolinas on Friday, Dec. 14th. They are accepting donations at the drop off center until Friday and then at the Live event on Friday night. www.kidsfirstcarolinas.org
